Rheumatoid Arthritis was something I never thought I would get as a result of a pregnancy, but it did. After having my now 3 year old daughter, exactly about 4 weeks postpartum, I started experiencing swelling and pain in my ankles as well as morning stiffness and pain in my hands. It has been hard to accept it and to cope with the pain, work full time and the added responsibility of being a Mommy, but here I am pregnant with our second without RA meds.
